I regret putting off buying this because I expected some weird taste or smell, but it’s actually neutral. Nothing off-putting at all.

I’m really glad they offer reusable bottles and are making an effort to cut down on plastic. The shipping went smoothly, and the packaging was simple, which I appreciated. I just wish there were a few more color options to choose from, but overall I’m thankful for brands trying to make more sustainable choices.

I picked up a Mizu bottle because I wanted something easy to throw in my bag without thinking twice. It was fine the first week, and it isn’t like it didn’t work at all, but after a few uses I noticed water leaking around the lid whenever it tipped over.

It wasn’t a massive spill or anything, but it was enough to get my notebook damp, and now I don’t really feel like I can trust it in my bag. I can’t say it doesn’t look good, because it does, but leakproof? Not really, at least not for me

mizu.com is almost suspiciously clean-looking. Like, I opened it and immediately felt like my eyes were on vacation. The layout is super simple, the colors are calm, and nothing is screaming for attention, which I appreciate way more than I probably should. A few pages could use a little more personality, but overall it feels modern, easy to browse, and just really nice to use.

I ordered a Mizu bottle from Mizu the size is kind of exactly what I wanted. At first I thought it looked a little bigger than I needed, but then I put it in my bag and it fit totally fine, so I guess I’m not complaining.

It holds enough for my workday and the gym, which is great because I hate refilling bottles constantly. That said, when it’s completely full I do notice the weight a bit, but somehow it still doesn’t feel annoying to carry around.

Shipping was normal, nothing exciting, but also no problems. It’s a simple bottle and part of me wanted something a little more interesting, but it does the job well and I’m actually happy with it.

The bottle itself looks nice enough, but the cap is frustrating. It doesn’t screw on smoothly at all, and I’ve already had it leak in my bag twice?! For the price, I really expected the lid to be a lot better.

It looks nice and does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t complain too much... but mine started getting scratched and dented quickly. Quality is okay, just not as durable as I was hoping.

I ordered from mizu.com thinking it would show up within a few days, but it just sat there with no updates for more than a week. The delivery date kept moving around, and customer support didn’t really give me anything useful. When it finally arrived, the box was bent up, which made me question whether the product was handled well or if the quality is going to hold up. Not sure I’d order from them again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but after trying it, I’m relieved. The price is good for what you get, and it actually feels worth the money

I ordered from mizu.com and had to reach out to customer service about a delivery question. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I thought it would, almost 2 days, which was a bit annoying tbh.
The person who replied was polite and answered my question fine, so it wasnt a huge problem or anything. I just wish they were a little quicker. Overall it was okay, not terrible, but not greta either.

My first reaction was, oh nice, this bottle rinses out really easily and doesn’t hang onto smells. The lid does take a little more effort to clean though, so that’s the only part that slows me down.

I picked up a Mizu bottle to use at work, it’s been great. My water stays cold pretty much the whole day, even when I left it sitting in my car for a few hours. The insulation is definitely better than my old bottle, no question. Super happy with it so far.
